1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Vibe Twin ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vibe Twin. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
3. Account Registration
To use Vibe Twin, you must connect a Spotify or Last.fm account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate others.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users
- Post offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
- Create fake or misleading profiles
- Spam other users with unsolicited messages
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the App
- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the App
- Collect or harvest other users' personal data
- Circumvent rate limits or security measures
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create (messages, profile information). By using the App, you grant us a license to display your content to other users as part of the service. You are responsible for the content you share.
6. Music Data
Vibe Twin accesses your music data through Spotify and/or Last.fm APIs. We use this data solely for matching and social features. We do not modify your Spotify or Last.fm accounts. You can disconnect these services at any time.
7. Matching & Social Features
- Matches are based on algorithmic compatibility and are not guaranteed.
- Both users must "like" each other to create a match.
- You can unmatch with any user at any time, which deletes the conversation.
- Friend requests can be sent, accepted, or declined freely.
8. Premium Features
Some features may require a premium subscription in the future. Free tier limitations include:
- Maximum 3 active twins
- 7 vibe sessions per week
- 10 daily now-playing views
Premium pricing and features will be communicated clearly before purchase.
9. Push Notifications
You may receive push notifications for new matches, messages, and friend requests. You can configure or disable notifications in the App's notification settings, including Do Not Disturb mode.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Account deletion permanently removes all associated data.
11. Intellectual Property
The Vibe Twin name, logo, design, and code are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
12. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of matching algorithms.
- We are not responsible for user interactions outside the App.
- Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Twin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Bulgaria.
